Refund Policy
At Word Up, we place great importance on customer satisfaction. We are always available to answer your questions or concerns via phone, email, or live online chat.
However, if you are still not happy with the performance of your campaign or the iservice your are receiving, we are happy to refund your money in accordance with our
refund policy below.
Our Policy:
Word Up Online may, at its sole discretion, allow you to cancel your contract agreement. For the security of our customers, cancellation notification must be provided in writing. If your account is not yet active, a cancellation fee of $50 will apply and the remaining monies refunded. Alternatively, if your account is active, an administration fee and a cancellation fee of $50 will apply. The administration fee consists of the budget already spent on your campaign.
i.e. you have signed up for the 3 month subscription and after 1 month you wish to cancel. The administration fee will equal one third of the total subscription cost and the remaining moneys will be refunded.
If we find upon joining that we will be unable to fulfill your order, your full monies will be refunded.
